Extended Returns

Enjoy peace of mind with your holiday shopping this season! We’re extending our returns and exchange policy for all jewellery purchased from November 1st, 2024 through to January 25th, 2025.

This means you can shop early and still have time after the holidays to return or exchange your item if it’s not the perfect fit. Simply follow our standard return procedures to complete your return or exchange anytime up until January 25th, 2025.

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Enjoy free next-day delivery on many items with Royal Mail for all UK and Northern Ireland orders placed before 12 PM UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that not all items qualify for next-day delivery. With our extensive product range, some items may require crafting or resizing before dispatch. If immediate dispatch isn't possible, we’ll provide you with an estimated dispatch date.
